Stephens Mfg. Co. batch plants of today are constructed with steel members that are heavier than most other plants. Abrasion resistant materials are used in collection hoppers and turnheads. The "Motor Control, Solenoid and Control Wiring Central Panel" is the heart of a Stephens concrete plant and is "State of the Art" in componentry and troubleshooting friendliness. Control Solutions provides the most recent technology in their computer batching system. The software is windows based and it can take full advantage of all the design software written for the windows platform. Control Solutions provides excellent telephone support for customer problems.

Pearson Heating Systems manufactures state of the art water heating and cooling systems for concrete applications. They have standard designed packages or can provide customized systems as required.

Inventure Systems Ltd. manufactures a rolling / reversing drum mixer for high volume central mix applications. The technology was brought from Sweden and has been enhanced for large production needs in North America

Systech Inc. provides the finest combined order entry, dispatch invoicing and receivables system available today. It seamlessly integrates downstream with most batching systems, and upstream with the general ledger of most accounting systems.

Simem America provides a variety of mixing solutions including dual shaft and planetary mixers. They also manufacture specially suited concrete plants for on site projects world wide.

When a plant is erected, supervision and assistance is included in the price whether Eyster Group is handling the installation or the customer has chosen to provide installation in-house. We will be there until the plant is properly producing concrete.

Eyster Group also has the ability to offer a turnkey project at any level. We have experience in foundations, erection, electrical and plumbing and can even build your batch house or shop. We can take customers from clearing and grading straight to production if needed.
